Welcome to PartyFake. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is handled by the PartyFake mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
We do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any external servers. The PartyFake App is designed to function completely offline. All data you enter into the App — including but not limited to custom games created in the Custom Builder, preferences, and saved game history — is stored exclusively and locally on your device.
The App does not use any third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. The algorithms for the Magic Ball and Finger Roulette are executed entirely on your device, and we do not use third-party analytics or advertising frameworks that track your party habits or behavior.
Since all data is stored locally on your personal device, the security of this data is dependent on the security of your device. We recommend using device-level security features such as screen locks to protect your information. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, all locally stored custom games and preferences will be permanently deleted.
Due to the nature of some party games, the App may contain content intended for mature audiences. The App itself does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under 13, to any external servers. All information remains strictly on the local device.
