Dzen Reader processes all your imported documents (PDF, EPUB, FB2, TXT) entirely locally on your device. We do not upload your books, texts, or reading materials to any external servers. Your library remains completely private.
Your reading speed (WPM), time spent reading, and RSVP (Rapid Serial Visual Presentation) settings are stored locally to personalize your experience. We do not track what you read, how fast you read, or analyze your reading habits for marketing or advertising purposes.
We are committed to data minimization. We do not require an account to use the reader, and we collect zero personally identifiable information (PII). We do not use third-party analytics or ad networks to monitor your usage of the app.
Because Dzen Reader operates offline and processes your texts locally, the security of your documents depends on the security of your device. If you uninstall the app, your imported library and reading statistics will be permanently removed from your device.
Dzen Reader is a safe tool for users of all ages to improve their reading skills. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13, as we do not collect personal data from any users.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
