This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the ColorJam mobile application (the "Service") provided by Zheliezniak Oleksandr (the "Service Provider") available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
ColorJam requests access to your device's camera strictly for the purpose of real-time color extraction and analysis (HEX/RGB values). We do not record video, take photos silently, or transmit your camera feed to any external servers. All color matching and Itten Color Wheel computations happen locally on your device.
Any colors you capture, palettes you save, or outfit combinations you create are stored entirely on your device. We do not maintain a cloud database of your saved colors or styling preferences. If you delete the app, your local digital library will be erased.
We are committed to data minimization. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personally identifiable information (PII). We do not use third-party behavioral analytics or advertising networks to track your color selections or app usage across other sites.
The security of your data is paramount. Because ColorJam operates offline and processes your captures locally, your creative process remains completely private. We process all data strictly within the boundaries of Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines.
Our Service is safe for all ages, but we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13, simply because we do not collect personal data at all.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
