This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the Bayraktar mobile application (the "Service") provided by Zheliezniak Oleksandr (the "Service Provider") available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
Bayraktar is a tactical simulator game designed for your entertainment. All your game progress, mission accomplishments, high scores, and tactical settings are stored locally on your device or synchronized securely through official platform services (like Apple Game Center or Google Play Games). We do not host your gameplay data on our own servers.
To provide global leaderboards and achievements, the game may interact with native gaming services (Apple Game Center, Google Play Games). These services have their own privacy policies. We do not integrate third-party advertising networks or behavioral tracking SDKs that monitor your in-game decisions.
We do not require you to create a custom account to play Bayraktar, nor do we collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your email or real name. The game is focused purely on the simulator experience.
Because your game data is stored either locally on your device or via your native OS gaming account, its security is maintained by your device's built-in protections and your Apple/Google account settings. Deleting the game will remove locally saved progress.
Due to the tactical military simulation nature of the game, it is not directed at children under the age of 13. However, we do not collect personal data from any players, regardless of age.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
